Joel Barton is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and photographer based in Sheffield, UK. With artistic roots in graffiti lettering, Barton’s practice remains grounded in shape, mark-making, and lettering, which continue to serve as central elements in his work. Now evolving beyond their traditional forms, he experiments with these foundations to create a diverse body of work spanning design, illustration, painting, and print.
