Aria: “I wanted to express the feeling of being awake for too long, blue light and pressure in your brow from focusing on it. Being awake for prolonged periods can leave you feeling fragile exposed like a raw nerve.
The Nightcrawler is the headiest of all the sculptures, ultimately kept awake by his own mind which won’t rest. Being a prolific insomniac, I have spent a lot of time in this state, trying to get out without avail.”
Has a chip in colour on the neck.
